This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Expansion pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.
This custom content if it is not clothing, may require a seperate download to work properly. This is available at Colour Enable Package (CEP) by Numenor.
As requested by Goldenbtrfly.
It has taken a while to complete this request, I had to redo them 3 times because I was not happy with how they turned out, then had to culled them down from over 300 recolours to 12 Badges, 21 Characters, 54 Occasions and 45 Random a total of 132 recolours in all.
These are base game compatible, no EP's or SP's required!
Found: Buy Mode > Miscellaneous > Party. Price: §50.
Files have been compressed and checked in game. Colour charts are included in the zip files.

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.
2. Extract: Use WinRAR (Windows) or Stuffit (Mac) to extract the .package file(s) from the .rar or .zip file(s).
3. Place in Downloads Folder: Cut and paste the .package file(s) into your Downloads folder:
